Common use of Obligor Notification Forms Clause in Contracts

Obligor Notification Forms. The Borrower shall furnish the Administrative Agent with an appropriate power of attorney to send (at the Administrative Agent’s discretion after the occurrence of an Event of Default) Obligor notification forms to give notice to the Obligors of the Secured Parties’ interest in the Collateral and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Administrative Agent.

The After the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, the Borrower and Holdings shall furnish the Servicer and the Administrative Agent with an appropriate power of attorney to send (at the direction of the Majority Lenders to the Administrative Agent’s discretion after the occurrence of an Event of Default) Obligor notification forms to give notice to the Obligors of the Secured Parties’ Administrative Agent’s interest in the Collateral and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Administrative Agent.
