Common use of Observance of Law Clause in Contracts

Observance of Law. The Tenant shall, at its own expense, comply with all laws, by-laws, ordinances, regulations and directives of any public authority having jurisdiction affecting the Premises or the use or occupation thereof, including, without limitation, police, fire and health regulations and any requirements of the fire insurance underwriters.
