Common use of OBSERVANCE OF SITE CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

OBSERVANCE OF SITE CONDITIONS. Where the enterprise is contracted to perform work on a site where an Agreement, which is lodged with the Office of the Employment Advocate, or has been certified by the Australian Industrial Relations Commission, and is compliant with the National Building Code and Guidelines applies, and the Enterprise is contractually required to observe such agreement, the following shall apply:
