Observation Criteria. Forty (40) points out of sixty (60) points will be scored from Teacher Observations.
Observation Criteria. During the school year, each employee on the summative strand shall be observed for the purpose of evaluation at least twice in the performance of assigned duties. Total observation time each school year for each employee shall not be less than sixty (60) minutes, including a minimum of two observations of at least thirty (30) minutes each.
