OBSERVATION SCHEDULE. 1. First round formal observations start with returning pre-tenured teachers (e.g. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year teachers). 2. Pre-tenured teachers will be observed a minimum of three times, two of which must be formal. 3. Tenured teachers, during a formal evaluation cycle, will be formally observed a minimum of two times, one of which must be formal.
