Common use of Obstruction Lights Clause in Contracts

Obstruction Lights. Lessee shall install, maintain, and operate, at its own expense, such obstruction lights on the Premises as the FAA or the Aviation Department may direct. Lessee shall energize the obstruction lights daily, starting thirty (30) minutes before sunset and ending thirty (30) minutes after sunrise, and for such other periods as may be directed or requested by the air traffic control tower of the Airport.

Obstruction Lights. The Lessee shall install, maintain, maintain and operate, operate at its own expense, expense such obstruction lights on the Premises as the FAA Federal Aviation Administration may direct or as the Aviation Department General Manager of the Airport may reasonably direct. Lessee , and shall energize the obstruction such lights daily, starting daily for a period commencing thirty (30) minutes before sunset and ending thirty (30) minutes after sunrise, sunrise (as sunset and sunrise may vary from day to day throughout the year) and for such other periods period as may be directed or requested by the air traffic control tower of the Airport.
