Obtaining Bids/Proposals for the Work. 5.7.1 Publicly advertise and solicit competitive lump sum bids/proposals that identify the work packages from trade contractors or subcontractors for the performance of all major elements of the Work and in accordance with Texas Education Code section 51.782, as amended. Such bids/proposals should follow the same approved CSI division format used to develop the previous cost estimates.
