Common use of Obtaining of Report Clause in Contracts

It will cause CIBC Mellon Trust Company to deliver to the Standby Purchaser, as soon as is practicable following the Expiry Time, details concerning the total number of Rights duly subscribed and paid for by holders of Rights under the Rights Offering, including those Rights subscribed and paid for pursuant to the Additional Subscription Privilege.
