Occupancy and Safety Certificates. The Academy Board shall: (i) ensure that the Academy’s physical facilities comply with all fire, health and safety standards applicable to schools; and (ii) possess the necessary occupancy and safety certificates for the Academy’s physical facilities. The Academy Board shall not conduct classes until the Academy has complied with this Section 11.5. Copies of these certificates shall be incorporated into this Contract under Schedule 6.
