Common use of Occupancy and Safety Certificates Clause in Contracts

Occupancy and Safety Certificates. The School Board shall: (i) ensure that the School's physical facilities comply with all fire, health and safety standards applicable to schools; and (ii) possess the necessary occupancy and safety certificates for the School's physical facilities. The School Board shall not conduct classes until the School has complied with this section. Copies of such certificates shall be provided to PUC before the first day of classes, if requested by PUC.
