Common use of Occupancy Standards Clause in Contracts

Occupancy Standards. To the extent legally possible, occupancy of the Affordable Units shall be limited to two persons per bedroom plus one additional person. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, no residents of the Affordable Units as of the date of this Agreement shall be evicted from their apartment units solely because such residents do not meet the occupancy standards requirements of this Section 307.
