Renting. No Home, or any part thereof, including without limitation, the garage, any portion of any structure, or any room within any structure, may be rented or otherwise occupied by persons other than the Homeowner, his/her spouse and/or children, immediate family, or other legal dependents, for any period of time, without the written permission of the Housing Department, which permission may be withheld by the Housing Department in its sole and absolute discretion.

Renting. You may not rent out, lease, sub-license, lend, duplicate or distribute the Software, Documentation, or Graphical Files without the prior written consent of Chief Architect, Inc., which, if given, is subject to the transferee's consent to all the terms and conditions of this License Agreement;

Renting. To refrain from renting or lending any COMPANY Software or the use, copying, printing or display of any COMPANY Software, in any manner except in connection with, and for the purpose of, marketing and selling copies of COMPANY Software to others in accordance with this Agreement;
Renting. The Process -See if date is available by contacting Town Hall and book a tour. (000-000-0000x0000 Xxxxx) -Take tour of the facility to make sure it meets all needs. -Contact Town Hall to book facility. Rentals can be made in up to 18 months from the date of booking. 50% of rental fee and deposit ($250) are due to reserve date. Credit Card number must be on file. -Organize supplies needed for wedding date contacting Facility Manager for questions and notifications. -Second and final(50%) payment of rental is due 30 days prior to rental date. -Make sure alcohol permit and liability insurance (recommended) are complete. -Contact facility manager one week prior to event to make sure all requests have been met. -The day of Facility Manager will open facility and you may begin your rental. -All cleaning procedures must be met and you can check out with the Facility Manager before leaving. -Facility Manager will tour facility and make sure all items have been taken care of and then lock up. -Deposit will be refunded depending on compliance to rules. Allow up to 30 days to receive.
Renting. When you confirm a rental on SkyTrade, you are agreeing to pay all charges for your rental, including the Listing price, applicable fees like SkyTrade’s service fee, offline fees, taxes, and any other items identified during checkout (collectively, “Total Price”). When you receive the rental confirmation, a contract is formed directly between you and the Host. In addition to these Terms, you will be subject to, and responsible for complying with, all terms of the Rental, including, without limitation, the cancellation policy and any other rules, standards, policies, or requirements identified in the Listing or during checkout that apply to the Rental. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules, standards, policies, and requirements prior to any rental.
Renting. In consideration of the terms and covenants herein contained, CS agrees to rent to the Renter and the Renter agrees to hire from CS storage containers identified by the serial numbers listed in the Appendix attached hereto or subsequently added (hereinafter called the “Containers”).
Renting. OF PREMISES Broker shall use their best efforts to fill vacancy of property in keeping the premises rented to desirable tenants. Rents established will be in keeping with comparable rents in the area and in the best interest of the Owner.
