Common use of Occupant Clause in Contracts

Occupant. If the Tenant referred to in Article 1.2 rents on behalf of the occupant mentioned in Article 1.3, and the occupant identified in Article 1.3 shall be deemed as permission from the Landlord as referred to in Article 3.22
