OCCUPANTS INJURY TO PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OWNER. In the event of damage caused by negligence of fault of OCCUPANT or his agent(s), OCCUPANT agrees to reimburse OWNER promptly for the amount of the loss. OCCUPANT also specifically agrees to pay for any and all repairs necessitated by him for any rubbish, obstacles, and/or nuisances. NO ALTERATION of OWNER’S property or fixtures shall be made by OCCUPANT. No unauthorized electrical usage will be allowed. No signs shall be placed on premises by the OCCUPANT.

OCCUPANTS INJURY TO PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OWNER. In the event of damage caused by the negligence or fault of OCCUPANT or his/her guest or agent(s), OCCUPANT agrees to reimburse OWNER promptly for the amount of the loss. OCCUPANT also specifically agrees to pay for any and all repairs necessitated by him/her for any rubbish, obstacles, and/ or nuisances. OCCUPANT shall make NO ALTERATION OF OWNER’S property, Hoist, or fixtures. No holes may be drilled in the Hoist or dock; no additions or deletions may be made to the Hoist; and no unauthorized electrical usage will be allowed. The OCCUPANT shall place no signs on the Hoist, docks, or premises.

  • Damage to Personal Property The Employer will provide reimbursement for reasonable repair or replacement of damages incurred to the employee's eyeglasses, contact lenses or other prosthesis, ripped uniforms, or personal clothing, as a result of being assaulted while performing his/her work. The employee must report the incident by the end of their shift. The employee will present her or his receipt to the Employer within seven (7) days after the event, unless it was impossible for her or him to do so during this period. The Employer will reimburse up to a maximum of one hundred dollars ($100) per incident except for eyeglasses, which shall have a maximum reimbursement of three hundred dollars ($300).

  • Damage to State Property A. In the event of loss, destruction, or damage to any System Agency or State of Texas owned, leased, or occupied property or equipment by Grantee or Grantee’s employees, agents, Subcontractors, or suppliers, Grantee shall be liable to System Agency and the State of Texas for the full cost of repair, reconstruction, or replacement of the lost, destroyed, or damaged property.
