OCCUPATIONAL ACCIDENTS AND ILLNESS. 23.01 (a) When an employee suffers an occupational accident on the Company premises during his working hours, and is sent for treatment, to the hospital, or doctor's office, or home, such employee will be paid his base hourly rate for the balance of his shift.
