OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT NO 85 OF 1993. (“the Act”) You acknowledge that you are an employer in your right as prescribed in the Act and undertake, as envisaged by Section 37(2) of the Act, to ensure that all work performed at our premises will be performed in accordance with the provisions of the Act. You undertake to sign the agreement prepared in accordance with Section 37(2) of the Act, on receipt thereof from us. You must comply with all our policies and procedures while on our premises.
