The Board acknowledges that the Board is an employer as defined In the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and that the Board will, as a condition of this Agreement, comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. 0-2 and the regulations thereto, and any successor legislation, in the performance of the Services under this Agreement.
