Common use of Occupations Covered Clause in Contracts

Occupations Covered. Individuals employed as civilian registered nurses. This provision may be extended to include health-care personnel other than those in Senior Executive Service positions performing direct patient-care services or services incident to direct patient-care services that would be covered by chapter 51 of title 5, United States Code, were it not for the provisions of this agreement.
