Occupied School Site Sample Clauses

Occupied School Site. The Developer acknowledges that portions the Project Site shall, at all times, be occupied by the District as an operating school. The Parties have agreed to a plan and process whereby the Developer’s activities shall be kept separate from the operating school even though the operating school is within the Project site. The specifics of the plan and process are as indicated in Exhibit K.

  • SHOPPING CENTRES 1. The general terms and provisions of the VBIA shall apply to “Shopping Centres” (as defined) with the following variations:

  • Vehicle Parking Lessee shall be entitled to use the number of Unreserved Parking Spaces and Reserved Parking Spaces specified in Paragraph 1.2(b) on those portions of the Common Areas designated from time to time by Lessor for parking. Lessee shall not use more parking spaces than said number. Said parking spaces shall be used for parking by vehicles no larger than full-size passenger automobiles or pick-up trucks, herein called "Permitted Size Vehicles." Vehicles other than Permitted Size Vehicles shall be parked and loaded or unloaded as directed by Lessor in the Rules and Regulations (as defined in Paragraph 40) issued by Lessor.   • School Improvement The conditions which follow shall govern employee participation in any and all plans, programs, or projects included in the terms, site-based decision making, school improvement, effective schools as provided in Act 197, P.A. 1987 (Section 15.1919 (919b) MSA) or other similar plans:
