Common use of Occurrence of Significant Incident Clause in Contracts

Occurrence of Significant Incident. Any Party shall timely notify all other Parties if it becomes aware that a significant incident affecting the CAISO Controlled Grid has occurred. Subsequent to notification, each Party shall make available to the CAISO all relevant data related to the occurrence of the significant incident. Such data shall be sufficient to accommodate any reporting or analysis necessary for the Parties to meet their obligations under this Agreement.
