ODOT and OPRD, Except Forestry. Each employee shall be allowed to accrue compensatory time up to a period of one (1) year from date of accrual. The Agency shall notify each employee thirty (30) days in advance of the one (1) year accrual date of the compensatory time that should be used up. When the employee receives notice of the yearly accrual date, the Agency may schedule the employee to take the time off during that thirty (30) day period. If the Agency cannot schedule the employee for time off, the Agency shall pay cash for the compensatory time that will exceed one (1) year from date of accrual.
