ODOT, Except DMV. (a) The Union Stewards shall be selected by the Union. There can be no more than one (1) Union Xxxxxxx for each crew. (b) Crews or buildings with no Xxxxxxx shall select a Union Xxxxxxx from within the Agency from the closest location, unless a different Union Xxxxxxx is mutually agreed to with management.
