Odškodnění. Any indemnification of the Institution and Investigator by SPONSOR shall be through a separate written agreement (or letter) between Institution, Investigator and SPONSOR directly. CRO shall act as the intermediary to coordinate the provision of any such agreement or letters of indemnity by SPONSOR, and shall have no other obligation in connection therewith.
