Common use of Odškodnění Clause in Contracts

Odškodnění. Xxxxxxx shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Institution, its trustees, officers, agents and employees (including Principal Investigator and co-investigators) from any and all losses, costs, expenses, liabilities, claims, actions and damages, based on a personal injury to a Trial Subject directly caused by use of the Study Product in accordance with the Protocol during the course of the Clinical Trial.

Odškodnění. Xxxxxxx shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Institution, its trustees, officers, agents and employees (including the Principal Investigator and co-investigators) from any and all losses, costs, expenses, liabilities, claims, actions and damages, based on a personal injury to a Trial Subject directly caused by use of the Study Product in accordance with the Protocol during the course of the Clinical Trial.

Odškodnění. Xxxxxxx shall Jaxxxxx xhall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Institution, its trustees, officers, agents and employees (including Principal Investigator and co-investigators) from any and all losses, costs, expenses, liabilities, claims, actions and damages, based on a personal injury to a Trial Subject directly caused by use of the Study Product in accordance with the Protocol during the course of the Clinical Trial.

Odškodnění. Xxxxxxx shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Institution, its trustees, officers, agents and employees (including Principal Investigator and co-investigators) from any and all losses, costs, expenses, liabilities, claims, actions and damages, including non-material injury, including damages for subjects of the clinical trial and other entitled individuals based on a personal injury to a Trial Subject directly caused by use of the Study Product in accordance with the Protocol during the course of the Clinical TrialTrial or any other procedure under the protocol.

Odškodnění. Xxxxxxx shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Institution, its trustees, officers, agents and employees (including Principal Investigator and co-co- investigators) from any and all losses, costs, expenses, liabilities, claims, actions and damages, based on a personal injury inclusive death to a Trial Subject directly caused by use of the Study Product in accordance with the Protocol during the course of the Clinical Trial.

Xxxxxxx shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Institution, its trustees, officers, agents and employees (including Principal Investigator and co-investigatorsco‐investigators) from any and all losses, costs, expenses, liabilities, claims, actions and damages, based on a personal injury to a Trial Subject directly caused by use of the Study Product in accordance with the Protocol during the course of the Clinical Trial.
