Common use of OE ADVANCEMENT FUND Clause in Contracts

OE ADVANCEMENT FUND. The Employer shall contribute the sum of seventeen cents ($0.17) per hour worked for each Employee covered by this Agreement to the OE Advancement Fund. Effective April 01, 2019 the Employer contribution to the to the OE Advancement Fund will be converted to an Employee deduction. Refer to Article 16.02 (b) for details.
