of this Contract. If County terminates this Contract for cause under this subsection, County shall retain its rights under Paragraph 1.28 of the Contract to (1) terminate or cancel any other Contract(s) that such individual or corporation or other entity has with the County and that such individual, corporation or other entity shall pay all direct or indirect costs associated with such termination or cancellation, including attorneys’ fees, and (2) debar Contractor from County contracting in accordance with the County debarment procedures.
