Customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement except as otherwise specified in this Contract and its Exhibits. Customers may order from Contractor’s authorized resellers, as approved by the State of Florida. The Parties agree State of Florida Customers are, pursuant to Solicitation Section 5.21 of Exhibit C: Master Agreement, permitted to participate in and purchase commodities from the Master Agreement.
