OFAC Prohibitions. You agree not to attempt to access Online Services from any country under sanctions by the United States Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”). (Information about which countries are under sanctions may be obtained on the U.S. Department of Treasury’s website.) Any attempt by you to sign on to Online Services or use any of our online services from one of these countries may result in your access being restricted or blocked.
