Modifying or Cancelling Transfers. You may modify or cancel any instructions you have given us online to transfer funds if you enter and transmit your changes through Online Services (and we receive them) prior to the time we begin executing your transfer instructions. You may also modify or cancel fund transfer instructions by contacting our 24/7 Member Services, using the number included in Section VIII – Contact Information, at least 3 business days before the transfer is scheduled. If you call, we may require you to put your request in writing and get it to us within 14 days after you call.

Modifying or Cancelling Transfers. Only future-scheduled IBC to IBC Funds Transfer requests can be cancelled or modified, pursuant to the terms provided for in Section 10.1. Such future-scheduled IBC to IBC Funds Transfers can be cancelled or modified until the status changes to "In Process," which will occur immediately on the day such transfer is scheduled.

  • Conditions on Permitted Transfers In the event a Holder proposes to sell or transfer a Note, the Company may, but shall not be required to, impose reasonable conditions on such sale or transfer including, but not limited, to: (i) Notes may be transferred only in whole units, i.e., fractions of Notes may not be transferred; (ii) the transferee shall agree in writing to be bound by this Revenue Sharing Agreement; (iii) the transferor shall provide the Company with an opinion of counsel, satisfactory in form and substance to the Company’s counsel, stating that the transfer is exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933 and other applicable securities laws; and (iv) the transferor and transferee shall together pay in advance for any reasonable expenses the Company expects to incur in connection with the transfer, including attorneys’ fees.

  • Transfer of Service This Agreement may only be assigned in connection with sale of the covered HP product and only within the United States. Customer must inform HP when the covered HP product is sold per Section 10a. HP is not responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the assignment.
