Off Duty Call with Assigned Vehicle. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 32.3 (a) when an officer assigned a vehicle on a permanent basis is off-duty and is required to handle a call by a designated supervisor said employee shall be paid at the regular rate unless such duty required that officer to work in excess of one hundred sixty (160) hours in the twenty-eight (28) day work period, in which case Section 32.3 (a) shall apply.
