Off Duty Call with Assigned Vehicle. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 22.3 (A) when an officer assigned a vehicle on a permanent basis is off-duty and is required to handle a call by a designated supervisor (exception: when otherwise provided by General Order) said employee shall be paid at the regular rate unless such duty required that officer to work in excess of one hundred seventy-one (171) hours in the twenty-eight (28) day work period, in which case section 22.3 (A) shall apply.
