Off-Duty Use of Uniform. Employees will be permitted to wear their 23 uniforms during off- duty hours provided the employee will also wear a badge signifying 24 the employee is off duty, provided the employee signs a waiver and release furnished by 25 the Employer, and further provided any off-duty employee furnishes proof of liability 26 insurance and Workers' Compensation coverage. 27 28 ARTICLE 27
