Common use of OFF-JOB CONDUCT Clause in Contracts

OFF-JOB CONDUCT. Consistent with Section 1012.33 of Florida Statutes and related sections, an employee's off-the-job conduct shall not result in disciplinary action as defined by the contract, unless such conduct impairs his/her effectiveness as an employee.
