Common use of Off Shore Prohibition Clause in Contracts

Off Shore Prohibition. Except where Contractor obtains the County’s prior written approval, Contractor shall perform the work of this Agreement only from or at locations within the United States. Any County approval for the performance of work outside of the United States shall be limited to the specific instance and scope of such written approval, including the types of work and locations involved. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section shall not restrict the country or countries of origin of any assets purchased to provide the work hereunder; provided that when such assets are used to provide the work, such assets shall be used only from or at locations within the geographic boundaries of the United States.
