Off-Site Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability. Workers’ Compensation Insurance in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey and any other state or federal jurisdiction as is required to protect the Contractor’s employees or any of its Subcontractors engaged in the performance of Work on the Project. This policy shall include Employer’s Liability protection with a limit of liability of not less than the following: Bodily Injury by Accident $500,000 each accident Bodily Injury by Disease $500,000 each employee Bodily Injury by Disease $500,000 policy limit
