Compensation and Employers Liability. Workers' Compensation limits as required by the Labor Code of the State of New York Employers Liability limits of $1,000,000.00 per accident. Pursuant to Section 57 of the NYS Workers' Compensation Law, the vendor has submitted proof of workers' compensation and disability benefits coverage to the agency.
