Offensive Content. Content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable.
Offensive Content. Pegasus may immediately terminate the provision of UltraDirect Services to Customer for any period of time during which Customer’s Web Site, or any electronic system maintained and hosted by or on behalf of an Onward Distributor with access to and use of data transmitted through the UltraDirect Interface, displays any Offensive Content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, before Pegasus exercises its termination right set forth in the preceding sentence, Pegasus shall first afford Customer the opportunity to remove such Offensive Content within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving written notice from Pegasus.
Offensive Content. Content that is defamatory, grossly offensive, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or is otherwise objectionable, including content that exploits children or constitutes child pornography, relates to bestiality, expresses bigotry or hatred, constitutes harassment, or depicts non- consensual sex acts. This includes material that defames, abuses, or threatens any person or group. Content including nude art, pornography, sex-related merchandising and links to such sites elsewhere that are permitted by the laws in the city of London, Ontario and the country of Canada comply with acceptable use.
Offensive Content a) Customer may not publish, transmit or store on the Cloud Platform of Software, or Use any DI Services, to enable, control or provide access to any content or links to any content that DI reasonably believes: i) Is obscene. ii) Contains harassing content or hate speech, or is violent, incites violence, or threatens violence. iii) Is unfair or deceptive under the consumer protection laws of any jurisdiction. iv) Is defamatory or violates a person’s privacy. v) Creates a risk to a person’s safety or health, creates a risk to public safety or health, is contrary to applicable law, or interferes with an investigation by law enforcement. vi) Improperly exposes trade secrets or other confidential or proprietary information of another person or entity. vii) Is intended to assist others in defeating technical copyright protections. viii) Infringes on another person or entity’s copyright, trade or service mark, patent or other property rights, or violates any privacy right. ix) Is illegal or solicits conduct that is illegal under laws applicable to Customer or to DI. x) Is otherwise malicious, fraudulent, or may result in retaliation against DI by offended viewers or recipients.
Offensive Content. 6.1 Client agrees not to use the Services to store, publish, copy, archive, process, display or transmit any content or links to content that HGC reasonably believes that: (a) contains, constitutes or encourages child pornography, bestiality, non-consensual sex acts, or is otherwise morally repugnant; (b) contains, incites or encourages violence, threatens violence, or contains harassing content or hate speech; (c) is defamatory or violates a person's privacy or any right of publicity; (d) creates safety or health hazards in the lives of individuals; (e) violates or improperly exposes trade secrets or other confidential information owned by others or infringes a third party’s intellectual property right; (f) contains, or encourages or incites hatred or discrimination or adversely affect the equal opportunities, including but not limited to by way of sex, race, or age, colour, nationality, national origin, ethnicity; (g) involves theft, fraud, drug-trafficking, illegal gambling, money laundering, arms-trafficking, the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, or terrorism; (h) denounces political or religious beliefs; (i) is illegal, solicits or is likely to encourage conduct that is illegal under laws applicable to Client or HGC; or (j) constitutes unfair competition. 6.2 HGC takes no responsibility for any material created or accessible on or through the Services.
Offensive Content. You may not publish or transmit via Subhosting’s service any content that Subhosting reasonably believes: - constitutes child pornography; - is excessively violent, incites violence, threatens violence, or contains harassing content or hate speech; - is unfair or deceptive under the consumer protection laws of any jurisdiction, including chain letters and pyramid schemes; - is defamatory or violates a person’s privacy; - creates a risk to a person’s safety or health, creates a risk to public safety or health, compromises national security, or interferes with a investigation by law enforcement; - improperly exposes trade secrets or other confidential or proprietary information of another person; - is intended to assist others in defeating technical copyright protections;
Offensive Content. Neither Customer nor its Users may publish, transmit or store on or via Chatitive's network or equipment any content or links to any content that Chatitive reasonably believes: • Is obscene; • Contains harassing content or hate speech, or is violent, incites violence, or threatens violence; • Is unfair or deceptive under the consumer protection laws of any jurisdiction; • Is defamatory or violates a person's privacy; • Creates a risk to a person's safety or health, creates a risk to public safety or health, is contrary to applicable law, or interferes with a investigation by law enforcement; • Improperly exposes trade secrets or other confidential or proprietary information of another person; • Is intended to assist others in defeating technical copyright protections; • Infringes on another person's copyright, trade or service mark, patent, or other property right, or violates any privacy right; • Is illegal or solicits conduct that is illegal under laws applicable to you or to Chatitive; or • Is otherwise malicious, fraudulent, or may result in retaliation against Chatitive by offended viewers or recipients.
Offensive Content. You may not publish, transmit, or store on or via Novus’s network or services any content or links to any content that Novus reasonably believes: · Constitutes, depicts, fosters, promotes, or relates in any manner to child pornography, bestiality, or non-consensual sex acts; · is excessively violent, incites violence, threatens violence, or contains harassing content or hate speech; · is unfair or deceptive under the consumer protection laws of any jurisdiction, including chain letters and pyramid schemes; · is defamatory or violates a person’s privacy; · creates a risk to a person’s safety or health, creates a risk to public safety or health, compromises national security, or interferes with an investigation by law enforcement; · improperly exposes trade secrets or other confidential or proprietary information of another person; · is intended to assist others in defeating technical copyright protections; · infringes on another person’s copyright, trade or service mark, patent, or other property right; · promotes illegal drugs, violates export control laws, relates to illegal gambling, or illegal arms trafficking; · is otherwise illegal or solicits conduct that is illegal under laws applicable to you or to Novus; or · is otherwise malicious, fraudulent, or may result in retaliation against Novus by offended viewers.
Offensive Content. VENDOR understand that by using the Complī Service, it may be exposed to Content that it may consider to be offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will OneVizion be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred because of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available on the Complī Service.
