Common use of Offer Submission, Due Date, and Time Clause in Contracts

Offer Submission, Due Date, and Time. Offers in response to this solicitation shall be submitted within the State’s e- Procurement system, ProcureAZ (xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xx.xxx). Offers shall be received before the date/time listed in the solicitation’s ‘Bid Opening Date' field. Offers submitted outside of ProcureAZ, or those that are received on or after the date/time stated in the ‘Bid Opening Date’ field, shall be rejected.
