OFFICE ALLOWANCE. (a) who are required by the appointing authority to dedicate space in their homes for the purpose of conducting State business, and have telephones in their homes, the numbers of which are provided to the public for the purpose of conducting State business, and
(b) whose home office spaces would have qualified for a deduction as office space under federal income tax laws in force on July 1, l976, shall receive an allowance of fifty-seven dollars and sixty- nine cents ($57.69) per pay period while so assigned. This allowance shall be in addition to their base pay and shall be considered full compensation for all costs and inconveniences incurred as a result of maintaining offices at home in accordance with the above provisions. The failure of the State to publish phone numbers shall not be the sole basis for denying office allowance under this Article.
OFFICE ALLOWANCE. Employee frequently conducts Company business in locations other than the Company’s corporate office and outside of normal business hours. If the Employee requires the use of an office, secretarial services and other customary office expenses, the Company shall pay Employee a monthly office allowance of up to $3,500.

OFFICE ALLOWANCE. The Company will pay the Employee a one-time office allowance in the amount of $25,000 to maintain an office, payable in a lump sum within fifteen (15) days after the Effective Date.
OFFICE ALLOWANCE. The "$210,000" figure set forth in Paragraph 5(a) of Exhibit C is hereby deleted and replaced with "$363,405."
OFFICE ALLOWANCE. Landlord hereby grants to Tenant a tenant improvement allowance of $35.00 per square foot of the office portion of the Premises, not to exceed $210,000 (the "Office Allowance"). The Office Allowance is to be used only for:
(i) Payment of the cost of preparing the Space Plans and the Tenant's Final Plans, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural drawings and of all other aspects necessary to complete the Tenant's
OFFICE ALLOWANCE. The Executive shall receive an office allowance equal to six thousand two hundred seventeen dollars and thirty two cents ($6,217.32) per annum (the "Office Allowance"), which Office Allowance shall be paid in accordance with the Company's generally applicable payroll practices and procedures (or in such other manner as the Executive and the Company may otherwise agree). The Office Allowance shall be reviewed for adjustment by the Board annually (commencing on or about January 1, 2002, and on or about each January 1 thereafter during the Employment Period).
OFFICE ALLOWANCE. Landlord hereby grants to Tenant a tenant improvement allowance of Forty Dollars ($40.00) per square foot of the various office portions of the Premises, not to exceed $400,000 (the "Office Allowance"). The Office Allowance is to be used only for:
(i) Payment of the cost of preparing the Space Plans and the Tenant's Final Plans, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural, drawings and of all other aspects necessary to complete the Tenant's Final Plans. The Office Allowance will not be used for the payment of extraordinary design work or for payments to any other consultants, designers or architects other than Landlord's architect and/or Tenant's architect.
(ii) The payment of plan check, permit and license fees relating to construction of the Office Improvements.
(iii) Construction of the Office Improvements, including, without limitation, the following:
OFFICE ALLOWANCE. The Company hereby agrees to provide Executive a monthly office allowance not to exceed $5,000 per month. Such office allowance shall be payable upon the termination of the Dallas office lease and for use by Executive at his sole discretion during the Term.
OFFICE ALLOWANCE. You will be responsible for your own office space, provided that ESI will provide $1,250 per month through September 1999 to defray office expense. You will vacate your current office no later than September 30, 1998. You may have use of another office designated by ESI in the south portion of ESI's premises through no later than December 31, 1998.
