Common use of Office and Duties Clause in Contracts

Office and Duties. (a) During the Term, the Executive shall serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, as well as in any other position to which the Executive is appointed by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). The Executive shall report to the Board and and shall perform such duties and have such responsibilities as the Board may determine from time to time and which are consistent with Executive’s then current position with the Company.

Office and Duties. (a) During the Term, the Executive shall serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer [POSITION] of the Company, as well as in any other position to which the Executive is appointed by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). The Executive shall report to the Board and the Company’s Chief Executive Officer or his designee(s) and shall perform such duties and have such responsibilities as the Board or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer or his designee(s) may determine from time to time and which are consistent with Executive’s then current position with the Company.

The Executive shall report to the Board and CEO or his designee(s) and shall perform such duties and have such responsibilities as the Board CEO or his designee(s) may determine from time to time and which are consistent with Executive’s then current position with the Company.

The Executive shall report to the Board and the Company’s Chief Executive Officer or his designee(s) and shall perform such duties and have such responsibilities as the Board or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer or his designee(s) may determine from time to time and which are consistent with Executive’s then current position with the Company.

The Executive shall report to the Board and the Company’s Chief Financial Officer or his designee(s) and shall perform such duties and have such responsibilities as the Board or the Company’s Chief Executive Officer or his designee(s) may determine from time to time and which are consistent with Executive’s then current position with the Company.
