Office and Equipment. City shall provide to Manager suitable office space free of any rent or other charges, in order for Manager to properly fulfill its duties and obligations under this Agreement with respect to the Property. Any repair, renovation or replacement of Manager’s office space, furniture and/or equipment shall be subject to the Approved Budget. Upon termination of this Agreement, the office space, furniture and/or equipment shall be in good condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Manager shall have only a right to use the space, furniture and equipment hereunder and not an interest in property with respect thereto.
