OFFICE AND STORAGE SPACE. 3.4.1. As part of the consideration for the fees payable by Concessionaire herein, City will allow Concessionaire to use the Facilities designated in Exhibit B (beginning as indicated in such Exhibit) solely for administrative purposes and the storing of equipment, supplies, and merchandise used in connection with or necessary to support the Concession hereunder. Concessionaire takes such Facilities in an “as is” condition. The Director shall have the right from time to time and upon reasonable notice to the Concessionaire, to designate other Facilities at the Airport for use by the Concessionaire as office and storage space in lieu of the space designated in Exhibit B. Additional office and storage space may be available to Concessionaire at the then existing rental rates being charged for such space.
