Office Facility Sample Clauses

The Office Facility clause defines the obligations and rights related to the provision and use of office space within a contractual relationship. Typically, it specifies whether the office space is to be provided by one party, the standards or conditions it must meet, and any associated costs or responsibilities for maintenance and utilities. For example, it may require the landlord to ensure the office is furnished and compliant with safety regulations, or clarify the tenant’s duty to keep the premises clean. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of their respective duties regarding the office facility, thereby preventing disputes over space usage, maintenance, or associated expenses.
