OFFICE FOR NOTICES AND PAYMENTS, ETC. So long as this Note remains outstanding, the Company will maintain in the City of Houston, Texas, an office or agency where this Note may be presented for payment, an office or agency where this Note may be presented for registration of transfer or exchange as herein provided, and an office or agency where notices and demands to or upon the Company in respect of this Note may be served. Until otherwise designated by the Company in a written notice such offices or agencies shall be the executive offices of the Company.
