Office Machines. ACBDD office machines may be used by the Association, with advance approval and training, so long as such use does not interfere with ACBDD business, and is during non-working hours, but during a time when the office is regularly open. The Association shall pay for supplies used in accordance with usual, customary and reasonable costs provided by the Employer.

Office Machines. (a) Typewriters and other office equipment devices will be furnished by the Carrier at offices where the Management requires their use. (b) When machines not heretofore used are installed for the purpose of handling work not heretofore handled by machine operation and covered by this rule, the employees previously performing the work will be given an opportunity to qualify thereon at the established rate for the machine positions. This in no way restricts the Carrier's right to install machines of any character for performing work.

  • Office Equipment The Client must not install any cabling, IT or telecom connections without the Provider’s consent, which the Provider may refuse at its absolute discretion.

  • Office Space All faculty members teaching one-half time or more shall be provided with office space on the campus where the majority of their courses are taught. Further, the Employer will, upon the request of a faculty member, complete Income Tax Form No.T2200 (Declaration of Employment Conditions - Office or Employment Expense).

  • Workshops During the month of September or October of each year during the term of this Agreement, there shall be held at each University a workshop for Department Chairs at which will be discussed their roles and responsibilities as such. Representatives of the University, at its election, and representatives of the Association, at its election, shall be permitted to participate jointly in such workshop.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.
