Office, Shore Bases and Miscellaneous Facilities. Net cost to the Contractor of establishing, maintaining and operating any office, sub-office, shore base facility, warehouse, housing or other facility directly serving the Petroleum Operations. If any such facility services contract areas other than the Contract Area, or any business other than Petroleum Operations, the net costs thereof shall be allocated on an equitable and consistent basis.
