Office Space and Facilities. Eastern Oregon University shall provide bargaining unit members the support required to xxxxxx excellent instruction, scholarship and public service activities. Each College will provide bargaining unit members with access to University telephone, email, computer, computer work space, a desk and private meeting space. As resources allow, appropriate office space will be provided for all bargaining unit members. Except as otherwise agreed by the affected faculty, conflicts involving the allocation of available office space shall be resolved in deference to rank, years of service and special needs.
