OFFICER AND BOARD POSITIONS. Upon the termination of employment with the Company for any reason, Executive shall be deemed to have resigned any and all of his positions as an officer and a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and any of its subsidiaries and as a member of any committees of such Boards, effective on the date of termination.
