Officer Involved Critical Incident. An incident which occurs in any city, town, or unincorporated area of Utah County and involves any employee of the Protocol Member Agency and includes but is not limited to the following: 1) The use of a dangerous weapon by an officer against a person that causes injury to any person; 2) Death or serious bodily injury to any person, except the Officer, resulting from the use of a motor vehicle by an officer while on duty, or use of a government vehicle while the officer is off duty; 3) The death of a person who is in law enforcement custody, but not including deaths that are the result of disease, natural causes, or conditions that have been medically diagnosed prior to the person's death. 4) Death or serious bodily injury to a person resulting from the efforts of an officer attempting to prevent a person's escape from custody, make an arrest, or otherwise gain physical control of a person; and 5) The use of deadly force by an officer against a person that causes damage to property but not death or serious bodily injury. However, in this situation, unless the Venue Agency Chief or the County Attorney request an investigation, none will be performed.

Any intentional or accidental shooting directed at a person, whether or not a fatality results. 2. Any intentional or accidental use of any other weapon or force against another person, whether or not a fatality results. 3. Any physical altercations, mutual combat, or domestic violence in which the police employee is acting in the capacity of a private citizen and occurs within the jurisdiction of his or her employer. 4. Any fatal injury, whether intentionally or accidentally caused, which results from the use of a motor vehicle by an employee while on-duty or off-duty in a government vehicle. 5. Any fatality of any person who is in police custody, excluding deaths that are the result of disease, natural causes, or conditions which have been diagnosed prior to death. 6. Any fatality that results from the efforts of an employee attempting to affect an arrest or otherwise gain physical control of another.
Officer Involved Critical Incident. An incident occurring in Box Elder County, Cache County and/or Rich County involving a law enforcement employee of a law enforcement agency located in Box Elder County, Cache County, and/or Rich County including but not limited to the following: i. Any intentional or accidental use of any other weapon or force against another person, whether or not a fatality results. iii.   • Grantee’s Notification of Change of Contact Person or Key Personnel The Grantee shall notify in writing their contract manager assigned within ten days of any change to the Grantee's Contact Person or Key Personnel.

  • Notice of Change in Control or Control Event The Company will, within five Business Days after any Responsible Officer has knowledge of the occurrence of any Change in Control or Control Event, give written notice of such Change in Control or Control Event to each holder of Notes unless notice in respect of such Change in Control (or the Change in Control contemplated by such Control Event) shall have been given pursuant to subparagraph (b) of this Section 8.3.   • Notice of Change of Contact Person or Key Personnel The Grantee shall notify in writing the assigned System Agency contract manager within ten business days of any change to the Grantee’s Contact Person or Key Personnel.

The Board will conduct periodic self-evaluations with the goal of continuous improvement. New Board Member Orientation The orientation process for newly elected or appointed Board members includes:

  • Notice of Servicer Default The Servicer shall deliver to the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee, the CPUC and the Rating Agencies, promptly after having obtained knowledge thereof, but in no event later than five (5) Business Days thereafter, written notice of any event which with the giving of notice or lapse of time, or both, would become a Servicer Default under Section 7.01.

  • Termination Payment for Force Majeure Event 30.9.1 If Termination is on account of a Non-Political Event, the Authority shall make a Termination Payment to the Concessionaire in an amount equal to 55% (fifty five per cent) of the Debt Due less Insurance Cover. 30.9.2 If Termination is on account of an Indirect Political Event, the Authority shall make a Termination Payment to the Concessionaire in an amount equal to: (a) 55% of the Debt Due less Insurance Cover; provided that if any insurance claims forming part of the Insurance Cover are not admitted and paid, then 80% (eighty per cent) of such unpaid claims shall be included in the computation of Debt Due; (b) 60.5% (sixty point five per cent) of the Adjusted Equity; and 30.9.3 If Termination is on account of a Political Event, the Authority shall make a Termination Payment to the Concessionaire in an amount that would be payable under Clause 33.3.2 as if it were Authority’s Default.
