Common use of Officer Position Clause in Contracts

Officer Position. Concurrent with Employee's employment with the Company, it is anticipated that Employee will be elected as an officer of the Company. Employee shall resign his position as an officer of the Company should Employee's employment with the Company terminate for any reason, with Employee's resignation being effective no later than the effective date of the effective date of Employee's termination of employment.
