Offices or Agencies of Shipowner. The Shipowner shall at all times maintain an office in the location within the United States specified in Article Second of the Special Provisions. Obligations and demands to or upon the Shipowner may be presented for payment, registration of transfer and exchange at this office. The Corporate Trust Office and a Paying Agent shall also be deemed offices for such purpose.
